Introducing KSVU
Skagit Valley Upriver Community RadioNew station office to open in Concrete.

KSVR Publicist
KSVU will provide opportunities for community volunteers to produce radio programs to reach local populations throughout the Upper Skagit Valley. KSVU is the “sister station” of KSVR, both of which are licensed by the Board of Trustees for Skagit Valley College.
KSVR has been on the air since 1973, and provides both local news and programs to the Skagit Community in both English and Spanish.
To learn about upcoming public meetings to discuss program ideas for KSVU, or to volunteer, please contact Rip Robbins at 360-416-7711.
KSVR will be raising money over the radio airwaves October 19-24th. Consider making a donation during this time (or any other time) to support local news and information to the Skagit Community in both English and Spanish.
Did you know you can also support KSVR by becoming a member? Members receive an annual membership card, with special discounts to KSVR events and discounts to local businesses. Get your “2010” Membership Card today! For information, contact Teresa Pantoja, Fundraising Director, at 360-416-7983.
Want to know why you should tune in to KSVR? Sign up to receive “KSVR Word Waves” a weekly guide to “What’s Happened and What’s Happening” on the radio airwaves and in the Skagit Community. Call KSVR at 416-7711 to be added to the free updates list, or send an email to britta.eschete@skagit.edu.
